For standard aluminum cutting machines: production lead time is 25–35 working days after receiving your advance payment.
In-stock standard models can be shipped within 3–7 days once payment is confirmed.
Customized non-standard or fully automatic production lines require 40–50 working days.
Expedited production (15–20 days) is available for urgent orders with extra surcharge. Sea transit takes 20–45 days depending on destination port.
We accept all mainstream international payment terms for overseas orders:
1. T/T Telegraphic Transfer: 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading;
2. Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight (L/C);
3. Western Union & MoneyGram;
4. PayPal for small sample orders.
Flexible payment terms can be negotiated for long-term cooperative clients.
Standard 12-month warranty for complete machine, counting from the arrival date at destination port.
Core components including motors and CNC control systems enjoy a 24-month warranty.
Consumable wear parts (cutting blades, belts, air cylinder seals etc.) are excluded from free warranty service.
Free replacement parts will be supplied for non-human damage within warranty period. We provide cost-price spare parts and lifetime remote technical support permanently.
Two after-sales service options are available:
1. Free remote technical guidance: one-on-one installation, commissioning and operation training via video call, WhatsApp or email. Our technical team is online 7×16 hours to cover time zone differences.
2. On-site overseas engineer service: We will assign professional engineers to your factory for full machine setup, testing and staff training. Client covers flight tickets, accommodation, visa and local travel expenses.
English printed operation manuals, electronic drawings and maintenance tutorials are delivered together with equipment.
Yes, we supply original spare parts for long-term machine operation: 1. Full series original spare parts are kept in permanent stock, available for single or bulk orders. 2. We guarantee spare parts supply for over 10 years even after certain machine models stop production. 3. Spare parts can be shipped together with main machine, or delivered separately by sea or international express. 4. All spare parts come with clear English part number lists for your long-term inventory planning.
